摘要:

海洋农业成为迅速崛起的重要基础性产业,发展海洋水产生物种业是我国海洋农业高新技术产业的重点。针对我国海洋水产生物遗传育种研究的概况及其有关问题进行了介绍,从选择育种、杂交育种、细胞工程育种、分子辅助育种、基因组选择育种技术等水产育种的核心技术方面介绍海洋水产生物遗传改良的方法。综述了海洋水产生物育种技术现状、存在的问题及发展趋势,以期为今后我国海洋农业的快速发展提供参考。

Abstract:

Marine farming has become an important fundamental industry and rised rapidly. Developing marine aquatic biological seed industry is a key industry for marine agricultural high and new technology industry in china. This paper introduced the present research situation of marine aquatic biological genetic breeding in China. The selective breeding, crossbreeding, cell engineering breeding, molecular marker assisted breeding, genome selective breeding, etc. core technology were presented. The paper also expounded the status of marine aquatic biological breeding technology, existing problems and development trend, aiming at providing references for the rapid development of marine agriculture in china.
