摘要:

农田污染和农产品安全问题是我国目前农业生产所面临的重要问题和严峻考验,也是我国十二五期间解决食品安全问题的关键影响因素之一。分析了日本有关农田污染防治的法律法规和基础标准,介绍了农田污染防治的技术流程,以期对我国的农田污染防治具有一定的借鉴意义;以镉污染为例,探讨了镉污染风险的主要来源和主要解决措施,对污染地区污染风险管理,改善食物结构和保障人民健康有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

Field contamination and agriculture product safety are the main issues faced by agriculture production in China. They are also the key factors to secure food safety in the 12th 5year plan period. This paper analyzed the regulation laws and fundamental criterions for preventing field contamination, and introduced the technological processes for controlling pollution in Japan. We might borrow ideas from Japan for controlling field contamination in China. Taking cadmium pollution as example, this paper discussed about the major source of this risk and the solving measures, which will be of reference value for pollution risk management in the contaminated regions, and peoples food structure and health improvement.
