我国食品添加剂与食品安全问题的思考

摘要:

由于近年来食品安全事件的频频爆发,食品添加剂成为消费者最为担忧的食品安全风险因素。事实上,合法合理使用食品添加剂是维护食品安全的需要,没有食品添加剂我们只能消费品种有限、保质期短的加工食品,食物变质腐败将是更不安全的因素。我国食品安全问题错综复杂,超范围、超量使用食品添加剂及非法添加非食用物质虽然不是食品添加剂本身的问题,也的确造成了一定的食品安全隐患,需要通过完善法律法规和标准体系建设、加强监管和企业自律等方式进一步保证食品添加剂的科学合理使用,维护食品安全,造福人民身体健康。

Abstract:

With the frequent outbreaks of food safety incidents in recent years, food additive has become the most concerned food safety problem for the consumers. In fact, to use food additives legally and properly is necessary to maintain food safety. We can only consume limited varieties of processed foods with short shelf life without food additives. Food spoilage and corruption will become more unsafe factors. Food safety issue is very complicate in China. Using food additives excessively and adding not edible material illegally have caused many safety risks, although it is not the fault of food additive itself. It is necessary to complete the construction of law, regulation, and standard system, strengthen governments supervision and enterprises self discipline, so as to ensure the scientific and rational use of food additives, to maintain food safety, and bring benefit to peoples health.
