Abstract:
In recent years, with the study progressing, and genetic engineering constantly matured, the scope of Rhizobiums host plant has been expanded and the growth-promoting effect on non-leguminous plants has been growing continuously. From the point of view of different growth-promoting mechanisms, this review summarizes the current knowledge and application on the Rhizobium associated with non-leguminous plants especially with gramineae.

摘要:
近年来,随着对根瘤菌与宿主植物的信号交流和结瘤机制研究的逐步深入,以及非豆科植物的基因改造技术的成熟,根瘤菌的宿主植物范围不断扩大,在非豆科植物中其促生作用不断增强。从非豆科植物中不同根瘤菌促生机制的角度,分别介绍了近年来该领域研究与应用的现状,并对根瘤菌在非豆科植物,尤其是禾本科植物中的应用前景进行展望。
