三省份葡萄霜霉菌致病型的划分

Pathogenicity Division of Plasmopara viticola in Three Provinces

摘要:

对采自河北省、河南省和山西省的葡萄霜霉菌进行分离共获得11个菌株,在选定的8个葡萄品种上进行了致病型测定。经叶盘漂浮法与脱叶法比较,证明脱叶法更适合霜霉菌致病型的测定。确定了葡萄霜霉菌致病型的划分方法,将河北、河南和山西的葡萄霜霉菌的致病型分为两大类,为其他地区葡萄霜霉菌致病型的划分提供了依据,同时为科学防治葡萄霜霉病和搞好葡萄品种合理布局提供了理论基础。

Abstract:

11 strains of Plasmopara viticola were isolated from materials collected from Hebei, Henan and Shanxi Provinces. Their pathogenicity was investigated by inoculating on 8 selected grape cultivars. Comparing the leaf disc floating method with defoliation method, the latter one was more suitable for determining the pathogenicity of P. viticola. The pathogenicities of the tested strains were divided into 2 categories. The paper had provided a basis for pathogenicity division of P. viticola for other regions. At the same time, it provided a theoretical foundation for scientific control and reasonable layout of grape varieties.
