基于专利的我国壳寡糖种植业领域技术发展态势分析

Development Situation Analysis of Chinese Chitosan Oligosaccharide in Planting Field Based on Patent

摘要: 壳寡糖是一类由氨基葡萄糖通过β-(1,4)-糖苷键连接起来的低聚合度水溶性的糖类,具有多种生物活性,在种植业领域具有很高的应用价值。以国家知识产权中国专利数据为数据源,检索了1985-2016年期间我国壳寡糖种植业领域相关专利,从申请量、主要申请人、技术分布、研究热点等内容进行分析。结果表明,近年来我国壳寡糖种植业领域研究进入快速发展期;企业是壳寡糖种植业领域专利申请的主力军,海南正业中农高科股份有限公司在该领域具有技术优势;诺维信生物股份有限公司、生物农业股份有限公司、拜尔作物科学股份公司等国际农业巨头企业均在中国进行了专利布局;专利技术分布主要集中在农药、肥料领域,以杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂、植物诱抗剂等为研究热点。该研究结果对我国壳寡糖在种植业领域的发展和布局具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: Chitosan oligosaccharide polymerized by β-(1,4)-glycosidic bond is water-soluble and has multiple biological activities. It has very high application value in plant industry. This paper retrieved patents related to chitosan oligosaccharide plant industry from 1985-2016 and analyzed the application quantity, principle applicant, technology distribution, and research hot spots. The results indicated that studies on chitosan oligosaccharide in agriculture had entered into a rapid development stage. Enterprises were the major forces for patent application in chitosan oligosaccharide plant industry field. Hainan Zhengye Zhongnong High-Tech Co. Ltd., possessed technical advantage. Novozymes Biologicals Inc., Bios. Agriculture Inc. and Bayer Cropscience Ag. all set up patent layout in China. The patent technology were mainly focused on the fields of pesticide and fertilizer, taking bactericide, plant growth regulator and plant inducer as the major research hot spots. These  results would have certain reference significance for the development and distribution of chitosan oligosaccharide plant industry.
