草原露天矿排土场微生物菌肥施用效果研究

Research on Application Effects of Microbial Fertilizers on Coal Mine Dump of Typical Steppe

摘要: 以典型草原大型露天煤矿排土场为研究对象,研究了微生物菌肥不同施用方法(撒施法、沟施法)、不同施用量(0.12 mL/m2、0.24 mL/m2、0.36 mL/m2)土壤养分与牧草生长的变化。结果表明:施用微生物菌肥后土壤有机质含量明显高于对照样地(P<0.05),A2B3处理(沟施法+0.36 mL/m2)土壤有机质含量比未施肥样地增加了1.54倍;施用菌肥后紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)和披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)地上生物量平均为53.84 g/m、50.76 g/m,高于未施肥样地(紫花苜蓿39.40 g/m、披碱草40.04 g/m),沟施法作用下紫花苜蓿、披碱草地上生物量均高于撒施法;A2B3处理(沟施法+0.36 mL/m2)紫花苜蓿和披碱草地上生物量最高,干物质积累较多;草原矿区排土场植被恢复重建过程中施用微生物菌肥对增加土壤肥力、加快植被重建有重要作用。

Abstract: Taking open coal mine dump at typical steppe as research objective, this paper studied the effects of different microbial fertilizer application methods (spreading over, furrow dressing) and different application amount (0.12 mL/m2, 0.24 mL/m2, 0.36 mL/m2) on soil nutrient and grass growth. The results indicated that applying microbial fertilizer could increase soil organic matter content, which was significantly higher than that of the contrast field (P<0.05). The soil organic matter content was increased by 1.54 times in A2B3 treatment (furrow dressing + 0.36 mL/m2). After applying microbial fertilizer, the average aboveground biomass of Medicago sativa and Elymus dahuricus were 53.84 g/m and 50.76 g/m, respectively, which were higher than those without fertilization (Medicago sativa 39.40 g/m, Elymus dahuricus 40.04 g/m, respectively). The average aboveground biomass of Medicago sativa and Elymus dahuricus under in furrow dressing methed were all higher than that of the spreading over method. The aboveground biomass of Medicago sativa and Elymus dahuricus reached the highest in the treatment A2B3 (furrow dressing + 0.36 mL/m2) and the dry matter accumulation was also high. Applying microbial fertilizer could increase soil fertility and accelerat vegetation construction, thus play an important role in the process of ecological restoration at open coal mine dump of steppe.
