基于EDEM的水稻槽轮排种器排种仿真与试验研究

Simulation and Experimental Research on Rice Seed Metering Device Based on EDEM

摘要: 为适应水稻穴直播的种植要求,设计了4种不同结构槽轮排种器。借助离散元分析软件EDEM对4种不同结构的槽轮排种器进行仿真分析,并进行试验验证。台架试验结果表明:当排种轮槽孔形状为钩勺型槽孔、槽孔螺旋角为14.01°、排种轮工作转速为21.09 r/min时,得到最佳穴径合格率和穴粒数合格率分别为96.42%、95.23%。用EDEM仿真与台架试验结果基本相同,表明用离散元法对槽轮排种器进行仿真分析具有可行性。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of planting rice directly in the hill, 4 kinds of different structure groove-wheel seeding device were designed. The EDEM, a discreet element analysis software, was used to simulate and analyze the above 4 types of grooves, and then the tentative was done for the trough planers with different structures. The results showed that when the groove was hookedly-shaped, the angle of the slot was 14.01°and the rotating speed of seed row wheel is 21.09 r/min, with the best rate of average hill diameter being 96.43% and the rate of seed number in the hill being 95.23%, in which the EDEM simulation and test results were basically the same, indicating that the discreet element method for simulation of groove-wheel seeding device was feasible.
