摘要: CRISPR/Cas9系统可以对目标基因进行定向编辑,在植物基因功能研究和遗传改良中具有巨大的潜在应用价值,因其具有高效、操作便捷及成本低的特点,成为当前基因组编辑技术的主流。概述了CRISPR/Cas9系统的起源、分类、作用机制及其在农作物和林木基因功能验证和遗传改良中的应用,并对未来需要完善的相关问题和发展趋势进行了探讨。

Abstract: CRISPR/Cas9 system can edit target genes in a targeted way, which has great potential value in plant gene function research and genetic improvement. Because of its high efficiency, convenient operation and low cost, CRISPR/Cas9 system has become the most mainstream genome editing technology at present.In this paper, the origin, classification and mechanism of CRISPR/Cas9 system and its application in gene function verification and genetic improvement in crops and trees were briefly summarized, and the related problems and development trends needed to be improved in the future were also discussed.
