万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂抑菌作用的研究

Studies on Antimicrobial Action of Aqueous Emulsion for Tagetes Fungicide

摘要:

用万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂对11种病原微生物进行抑菌试验,结果表明:万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂对这些微生物的生长有明显的抑制作用,0.8 μg/mL的杀菌素可完全将丝核病菌抑制,对西瓜枯萎病菌及稻瘟病菌的抑制率可达到70%以上,对辣椒枯萎病菌的抑制作用较弱,只有35.57%。0.8 μg的药量对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及枯草芽孢杆菌有明显的抑制作用,但是对大肠杆菌没有抑制作用。上述结果表明万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂具有开发为农用杀菌剂的潜力。

Abstract:

The antimicrobial activity of Aqueous Emulsion (AE) of Tagetes fungicide was studied against 11 pathogenic microorganisms. The results showed that Tagetes fungicide AE could effectively inhibit the growth of series of microorganism. The 08 μg/mL fungicide could completely inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia, F.oxysporum schlecht.f.sp.niveum and Magnaporthe grisea by over 70%, but for F.oxysporum Sch.f.sp vasinfectum by only 3557%. The 08 μg fungicide had significant inhibition on S.enteritides、Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subitilis, but no effect on E.coli. These indicate that Tagetes fungicide AE has potential for being developed as a fungicide in agriculture production.
