Abstract:

Stable agricultural industrial chain has played an active role in increasing farmers income and enhancing rural employment rate. However, recently the unstable phenomenon construction of agricultural industrial chain happened occasionally, such as paced up and down, and broken, etc. The main reason is the slow speed of technological innovation. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following suggestions as: taking the ecological agriculture and civilization construction as opportunity, driven by the governments active industrial chain policies, speeding up the technological innovation by cooperatives, farmers household, and leading enterprises, applying updated science and technology to all links of production, processing and marketing, realizing seamless connection of agricultural industrial chains, and improving the cohesion among all major parts of the industrial chain. All these will have great significance to establish a stable agricultural industrial chain.
