6月30日,国务院总理朱镕基主持国家科教领导小组会议,决定制定《农业科技发展纲要》,确定未来15年我国农业科技的发展方向和“十五”农业科技的工作重点.《纲要》编制工作由科技部、农业部牵头,全国28个部委办局参加.制定《纲要》是新时期农业和农村发展的客观需求,也是我国实现跨世纪农业和农村经济战略目标的根本保证.是指导未来15年农

Abstract:

China has just finished a period planned economy and food allotment system. A new program for agricultural science and technology development is necessary to satisfy the need of an ever -increasing population in the next century. The tasks and orientation and policy for agriculture science and technology in the next 15 years and priority for the tenth "Five-year Plan" are discussed.
