摘要:

本文从遗传学的角度出发,论述了根际微生态系统中根际效应的发生机制.根际效应是植物为适应复杂多变的土壤环境而产生的生理及形态反应,其过程包括信号感受、信号转导、基因表达直至生理代谢途径改变等一系列环节.从基因型差异和基因表达入手进行研究,可以更深入地理解这些过程,并为通过植物改良主动调节根际效应提供信息.

Abstract:

Mechanism involved in rhizosphere effects of plant was discussed from the viewpoint of genetics.As the adaptive response to complex soil environment, rhizosphere effects include such processes as signal re-ception, signal transduction, gene expression, and phyisological metabolism. Hence, study on genotypic dif-ference and gene expression in plant as influenced by soil stress will provide fundamental understanding ofsuch process, and be helpful for its regulation by plant improvement.
