By means of energy saving, environmental protection, green production and a series high and new techniques, we construct the model of cycle agricultural economy as“Low consumption—No pollution—reutilizattion —fine benefits”. The model of cycle economy cuts down the resources costs, utilizes fanning resources and raises environment capacity, it is a breakthrough with science and technology innovation, and may achieve harmonious development between people and environment, realize ecological, economic,social and environmental unification.
