摘要：

针对农业科技园区体制建设方面的不足，对农业科技园区在管理体系的建立，政府的职能定位，政府、中介、企业、农民的关系等方面进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:

As a new mode for modern forming, the technologic-Agricultural zone have more specialties and complexities. From its functions and dominant position in local farming zone ought to achieve high technological and high efficient the aim and directive ideas of technologic-Agricultural productivity mode for farming. In this paper some problems and deficiencies were found in system construction of technologic-Agricultural zone. And some methods for the zone＇s system construction and the relationship of government, medium, enterprise, and farmer were studied.
