摘要：

介绍了河北农业大学农林新品种新技术综合示范清苑基地的建立背景、运行机制、示范项目，并对基地良好的示范效果及带动作用进行了研究与总结，提出：建立合理的管理和组织体系；选用适用的成果、技术；实施单位的积极配合；良好的运行机制是搞好清苑基地的重要措施。

关键词: 河北农业大学农林新品种新技术示范基地

Abstract:

In this paper, backgrounds, mechanisms and projects of New Agriculture and Forestry Varieties and Technology Integrated Demonstration Base in Hebei Agricultural University are introduced. And also its obvious progress and stronger demonstration effects are reviewed. Furthermore, the following advices are proposed： sound organization and management system, suitable and advanced techniques, strong implementation, close cooperation and good mechanism.
