摘要:

食品安全是一全球性问题,已成为当今社会发展的热点。影响食品安全的因素很多,源头污染是其重要方面之一,它与有害生物控制所采用的植保技术有着密切关系。鉴于此,从影响食品安全的植保问题入手,论述了植保技术对食品安全的影响,提出了优化和推进食品安全的几点建议。

Abstract:

As one of worldwide problems, Food safety has become research emphases recently. There are many factors affected on food safety, among those, pollution from the source is of important, and the pollution has a close relationship with plant protection technology which exploited in the controlling with pest. According to the above analysis and problems of plant protection in food safety, impact of plant protection to food safety was discussed in the paper. Finally, some advice on improving plant protection technology are put forward to guarantee food safety.
