摘要:

阐述了类胡萝卜素在光合细菌光合作用中的重要功能以及在色素蛋白复合体中的立体空间结构和功能。详细描述了光合细菌非环状类胡萝卜素合成途径以及合成途径中重要抑制位点、类胡萝卜素生物合成酶基因及分子调控机制。对类胡萝卜素影响生物产氢进行了分析和评述。对光合细菌类胡萝卜素研究中存在的问题和发展趋势进行了讨论。

Abstract:

In present paper, the structure and function of carotenoids in two pigment protein complex including light-harvesting system and the reactor center are reviewed. The biosynthetic pathways of carotenoids and inhibition site of carotenoids synthetic pathways in photosynthetic bacteria are also described in this paper. Some carotenoids synthetic gene have been cloned and filtrated by genetic techniques, the synthetic enzyme genes and mechanisms of carotenoids biosynthesis in photosynthetic bacteria regulation are elucidated. The influence of carotenoids on biohydrogen production and the presently existing problems of carotenoids are also analyzed and discussed.
