摘要:

鸡球虫病严重危害养禽业,给养禽业造成巨大的经济损失。现在的鸡球虫病控制主要依赖于药物。科学家们一直进行着鸡球虫病新防控策略的研究,希望找到更加安全有效的控制球虫病的策略。本综述就引起鸡球虫病的艾美耳球虫的病原性、免疫原性及其与宿主问的相互作用进行逐一探讨,对药物与疫苗防治鸡球虫病的各种方法进行详尽的阐述述,并对新型疫苗的研发作一展望。

Abstract:

Coccidiosis is the major parasitic disease in chickens and causes huge losses in poultry industry. Current control of coccidiosis relies heavily on chemotherapy. Scientists are questing for novel or alternative control strategies, which are amenable to be safer and more effective. This review discusses the pathogenicity, immunogenicity and parasite-host interaction of chickens and Eimeria, the causative agent of chicken coccidiosis, and illuminates the prophylactic methods using drugs and vaccines. Finally the paper views the developing of several kinds of novel vaccines.
