摘要:

阐述了我国食品工业的现状,分析了国外食品工业的发展趋势和我国食品工业的差距,提出了我国食品工业科技发展的主要方向。

Abstract:

In this paper, the present situation of Chinese food industry was introduced, and international trend and major problems restricting the development of food industry in China were also analyzed, and then S&T countermeasures of Chinese food industry were elaborated.
