摘要：

中国是世界猪肉生产与消费大国，猪肉质量安全状况直接关系到亿万人民的健康安全和养猪业持续稳步健康发展。就制定我国猪肉质量安全标准定位依据，标准定位层次以及标准定住中亟待解决的关键问题，进行了初步探讨，提出了一些值得深思和讨论的问题，目的在于抛砖引玉，使探讨深入下去。

关键词: 生猪和猪肉质量安全标准遵从成本定住

Abstract:

China is the biggest pork producer and consumer in the world. Pork quality ＆ safety directly related with millions of consumers＇ health, as well as the stable and persistent development of Chinese pig industry. This paper discussed primarily the reasons and orientation levels and some key issues in pork quality ＆ safety standard orientation.
