通过系统分析当前农业科技服务体系中存在的一系列问题和面临的新局面,提出了要建立科研人员服务郊区长效机制的新思路,并在此基础上,分析了长效机制的几种模式。

Abstract:

In this paper, the serial problems of agricultural sci ＆ tech serving system and the new situation were systematically analyzed, the new thought of building serving suburbs for researchers was put forward, and then some models were analyzed.
