6-BA对麝香百合组培继代苗的影响

Effects of 6-BA on growth in tissue culture seedlings of lilium longiflorum

摘要:

在保种培养基基础上,改变植物激素6-BA浓度配制不同的培养基,对麝香百合继代苗进行继代培养;通过对继代苗生长情况的统计学分析,显示了高浓度6-BA对小鳞片分化、对小鳞茎外围次生小鳞片的形成都有抑制作用,特别是对小鳞茎植株的生长高度有严重抑制作用。

Abstract:

This paper studied the effects of different levels of 6-BA on the growth of tissue culture seedlings of Lilium Iongiflorum. By the statistic analyses,the results shows that the high level of 6-BA restrained the development of bulb scale segments of Lilium Iongiflorum, especially, the height of plant of bulb.
