摘要:

目前,传统的分离培养技术在瘤胃微生物的研究中仍存在一些无法逾越的障碍。元基因组文库(metagenomiclibraries)及相关技术的发展,为探讨环境中未培养微生物以及复杂的微生物间关系创立了一个新的平台。将该技术应用于瘤胃微生物研究有着广阔的前景。本文综述了元基因组文库技术在瘤胃微生物研究中的应用潜力,同时介绍了初步应用BAC文库研究瘤胃微生物工作的一些进展。

Abstract:

The conventional method depending on culture by separation has encountered un-overstepped obstacle for studying rumen microbes. Yet the development of metagenomic libraries and the related technologies has established a new platform for discussing the relationship between the uncultured microbes and the complicated microbes. The application of this method in rumen microorganisms research should have a broad prospect. This article summarizes the applying potential of metagenomic libraries technology in researches about the rumen BAC Libraries. At the same time, it also introduces some progress in applying this technology for rumen microorganism research.
