不同超重力处理小麦、玉米种子对其生理生化指标的影响

Physiological and Biochemical Effects of Different Hypergravity |Treatment on Seeds of Wheat and Corn

摘要:

选用小麦种子、玉米种子为实验材料,分别加以200g·24h、200g·36h、700g·12h、700g·24h、1500g·4h和1500g·12h处理,观测其种子活力、形态指标(苗高、根长)、叶绿素含量和根系活力4项指标,经过与CK的对比,分析超重力处理对植株的影响。实验结果表明:超重力处理可以影响植物幼苗的生长,处理的时间和重力加速度是影响种子活力的重要因素。在本实验中,高重力加速度、短时间的处理(1500g·4h)有利于幼苗的生长,而中速、长时的处理(700g·24h)不利于幼苗的生长,甚至会导致幼苗死亡,并且通过小麦和玉米两种作物的比较证明,相同超重力处理条件对不同作物影响也不同。

Abstract:

This experiment chooses seeds of wheat and corn as material, which were treated by 200 g· 24 h,200 g · 36 h,700 g · 12 h,700 g ·24 h,1 500 g · 4 h and 1 500 g ·12 h. Their seed's viability and morphological ind/ces ( plant height,root length) ,contents of chlorophyll and root's viability werre observed. Through comparing with CK, affect of gravity to plant was analyzed. The result showed that hypergravity treatment might influence the growth of young plant. Time and speed of hypergravity treatment are important factors. The best treatment in this trial is 1 500 g · 4 h,which was favorable to young plants, while the treatments of 700 g · 24 h could even lead the young plants to death. Comparison between wheat and corn has proofed that same treatment of hypergravity would have different effects on different plants.
