摘要:

油菜抗性研究一直是油菜基因研究最活跃的领域之一,特别是近期在抗性基因工程方面的研究进展迅速,主要包括抗病、抗逆、抗虫和抗除草剂

等。抗病和抗逆方向主要还局限于基因克隆方面,未培育出优异的抗性基因工程品系;而抗虫和抗除草剂基因研究较早,技术已经十分成熟,一些

相关转基因油菜品种在美国和加拿大已经商业化,目前的研究多集中于它们的应用和安全性评价等方面。

关键词:  油菜;抗性基因;基因工程育种;安全性评价

Abstract:

Research  on resistant genes in rapeseed has been one of the most active fields in the oil crops researches, especially on

the transgenic aspect. But the developments on disease-resistance,insect-resistance,herbicide-resistance and drought & cold

resistance transgenic research are different. The emphases of disease-resistant and drought & cold resistant researches are

mainly confined on functional gene cloning aspect, and have not got prominent resistant transgenic lines yet. The researches

on resistances to herbicide and insects have been studied for many years and the technologies are comparatively mature. Some

transgenic rape varieties are already commercialized  in USA and Canada. At present, the studies on resistances to herbicide

and insects are centered on the transgenic cultivars applying and the safety assessment of environmental release.
