摘要:

骨桥蛋白(OPN)是一种分泌型糖基化磷蛋白,它广泛存在于包括生殖系统在内的多种组织器官中,具有多种生物学活性。OPN广泛的生理功能必须通过其受体介导才能发挥,OPN是受孕激素调控并在胚胎着床和胎盘形成中起重要作用的一种细胞外基质,几乎参与了生殖的全过程,成为近年来在动物的繁殖性状上发现的候选基因之一。综述了OPN基因的结构与定位、OPN的生物学功能以及OPN基因与动物繁殖性能的关系。

Abstract:

Osteopontin (OPN), which widely distributes in a variety of tissues including the reproductive system, is a secreted glycosylated phosphoprotein,and possesses various biological activities. OPN’s extensive physiology functions must mediate through its receptor. OPN is an extracellular matrix, which plays an important role in regulating embryo implantation and placenta development through progestational hormone, and participates almost the entire process of reproduction, and becomes one of the candidate genes about reproductive traits of animals in recent years. The structure and location of OPN gene, the biological functions of OPN as well as correlations between OPN gene and reproductive performance of animals are reviewed.
