摘要:

苹果是研究果树抗病基因的模式植物,综述了苹果抗病虫基因的结构特点和基因定位,总结了抗黑星病、白粉病、火疫病、苹果棉蚜等苹果主要病虫害的研究进展,特别是分子标记技术在苹果抗病基因研究的应用情况,并对其中存在的问题与解决方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:

Apple is a model plant for resistance gene research in fruits. This paper reviewed the structure characteristics of apple disease and insect resistant gene and gene mapping; summarized the research progress made in resistances to major apple diseases, such as scab, powdery mildew, fire blight, woolly apple aphid, etc.  It also expounded the application of molecular marker technology in this research area and carried out discussion about the existing problems and solving methods.
