摘要:

植物胚胎发育时期质体的发育及其向叶绿体的转化与胚胎发生之间有着密切关系。近年来,人们利用分子遗传学的方法对胚胎发育的调控展开了广泛的研究,分离到一系列调控胚胎发育的基因,这些基因的突变可导致胚胎在其发育的不同时期出现形态缺陷或致死现象。概述了胚胎发育时期因质体或叶绿体发育缺陷而导致胚胎发育异常(致死)的突变体及相关基因的功能,推测胚胎发育期间细胞器的形成对于保证胚胎的正常发育具有重要作用。

Abstract:

The proper development of plastid/chloroplast is tightly linked with embryogenesis in plants. Up to now, extensive researchactivities have been carried out on the regulation of embryogenesis by using the approaches of molecular genetics.Consequently a series of genes that control embryo development were isolated, mutations in these genes could lead to embryo-defective or embryo-lethal phenotype at different stages of their development. Here we reviewed the genes whose mutationscould induce both plastids/chloroplasts and embryo abnormality, and thus concluded that organogenesis during embryodevelopment is very important for normal embryo development.
