摘要：

农业科技成果转化在促进我国农业科技进步和现代农业发展中发挥了重要作用。在构建农业科技成果转化资金绩效评价指标体系的基础上，运用综合评价方法，对“十一五”期间我国农业科技成果转化资金所涉及不同技术领域进行绩效评价和比较研究，并有针对性地提出加强农业科技成果转化资金使用效果，提高农业科技成果转化效率的政策建议。

Abstract:

The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements plays important roles in promoting the progress of agricultural science and technology and the development of modern agriculture in China. Based on the construction of agriculture science and technology achievement transformation funds performance evaluation index system, this paper applied comprehensive evaluation method to assess the performance of agricultural science and technology achievement transformation fund in different technological fields during the “Eleventh Five Year Plan” period. The paper also put forward several policy suggestions for strengthening the using effects of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation fund, and improving the efficiency of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation.
