摘要:

鲜活农产品冷链过程储运环境及品质维持关键指标的在线监管,可有效提升冷链物流服务质量,减少易腐产品的物流损耗,保证食品安全、维持优良品质。介绍了冷链物流过程中监控技术研究进展,结合近年来无线传感器(WSN)技术在冷链物流过程监管中的研究热点领域,分别从能耗问题、传输稳定性、监测全面性和农产品特殊性等四个方面进行分析,阐述了目前农产品冷链监控技术存在的问题以及今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:

Online supervision on key indicator of storage transportation environment and quality maintains in fresh agricultural products cold chain process can effectively improve the cold chain logistics service quality and reduce loss of perishable products logistics, guarantee food security and maintain superior quality. This article introduced the research progress on monitoring technology in cold chain logistics, combining with the research hotspot field where recently wireless sensor (WSN) technology was applied in monitoring cold chain logistics process, and then carried analysis from the following 4 aspects respectively: energy consumption, transmission stability, all sideness monitoring and particularity of agricultural products. This paper also put forward the existing problems in cold chain monitoring technology and the development trend in future.
