摘要：

在研究经济增长动力与经济发展阶段关系的基础上，分析了我国农村经济现阶段的发展特征，对我国农村经济发展阶段做出了总体判断，并深入研究了人力资本与农村生产要素之间的互动机理。得出结论：现阶段我国农村经济具有传统农业与现代农业的综合特征，以人力资本为中心的生产要素集合是我国农村经济发展的根本动力。

Abstract:

Based on the relationship between economic increasing power and its developing phase, this paper analyses the characteristic of rural-economic development and gives an overall judgement of its developing phase, then analyzes the mutual-mechanism between human capital and other economic factors. Conclusion has been made that rural economy in our country has tradition and modem characteristics, the aggregation formed by human capital and other factors is fundamental power to rural-economic development.
