阐述了我国食品工业的现状，分析了国外食品工业的发展趋势和我国食品工业的差距，提出了我国食品工业科技发展的主要方向。

Abstract:
In this paper, the present situation of Chinese food industry was introduced, and international trend and major problems restricting the development of food industry in China were also analyzed, and then S＆T countermeasures of Chinese food industry were elaborated.
