Abstract: Symbiotic nitrogen fixation has long been a component of many farming systems throughout theworld and also is a primary source of N for agriculture. Because the excessive application of fertilizer-Nbrings up environmental pollution and nonrenewable resources exhaust, international emphasis on environ-mentally sustainable development with the use of renewable resources is likely to focus attention on the po-tential role of BNF in supplying N for agriculture. This paper reviews the role of symbiotic nitrogen fixationin the rotational and intercropping farm system and discusses the mechanism.
摘要:
豆科植物-根瘤菌共生固氮是根际微生态系统中一类特殊的植物-微生物共生体,是自然界最为重要的氮源.受施用高量氮肥带来的环境污染和资源浪费的影响,国际社会普遍重视豆科植物—根瘤菌共生固氮在可持续农业发展中作用的研究.本文简要综述了该领域近几年的研究进展以及作者的一些研究结果,探讨了豆科植物—根瘤菌共生固氮在间作和轮作种植制度中的作用及相应机制.
