Abstract:

Nattokinase is a serine proteinase and fibrinolytic enzyme from Bacillus subtilis. Research indicated that nattokinase has strong fibrinolytic activity and few side effects, which could be developed as a promising agent for thrombosis therapy. This paper introduced nattokinase mechanism of action, its kinas efficacy, strain selection and breeding, optimisation of fermentation condition, enzyme activity sites and directed evolution, etc.

摘要:

纳豆激酶是由枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)分泌表达的碱性丝氨酸蛋白酶,具有极强的纤维蛋白溶解活性。研究表明,纳豆激酶纤溶活性强、副作用小,可用于开发溶栓药物。介绍了纳豆激酶的溶栓机理,就纳豆激酶的功效、生产菌种选育、发酵条件的优化、酶活性位点及定向进化等方面进行综述。
