Abstract: Fumagillin is a potent antibiotic isolated from Aspergillus fumigatus. It is widely used in apiculture curing Apis Nosema disease. This paper summarized the research progress made in fumagillin, including its molecular structure, antibiotic theory, toxicity, stability; the usage status in controlling Apis Nosema disease; and the detection methods of fumagillin residue in apiculture products. The paper also prospected the future research directions concerning fumagillin and its application in apiculture industry.

摘要: 烟曲霉素是一种从烟曲霉菌(Aspergillus fumigatus)发酵液中分离出来的抗生素,由于其对微孢子虫高效的抗菌作用,被广泛地应用于养蜂业中治疗蜜蜂微孢子虫(Apis Nosema)病。综述了烟曲霉素的分子结构和性质、应用及作用机制,并介绍了烟曲霉素的毒副作用和检测方法,最后对烟曲霉素相关的研究方向及其在养蜂业中的应用前景进行了展望。
