摘要：

加工食品中通常含有多种作物成分,且其DNA遭到严重破坏,因而给转基因植物及其产品的PCR检测带来困难。采用植物中普遍存在的多拷贝叶绿体trn基因作为植物内源参照基因,用于转基因植物及其产品检测,研究结果表明,仅通过1次PCR反应即可确定加工食品中不同植物来源成分的种类,根据扩增片段及其大小,可区分水稻、玉米、油菜、大豆、棉花等不同作物成分。利用植物叶绿体DNA通用引物对植物来源DNA的检测灵敏度达0.01%,比用植物种间特异性单拷贝或低拷贝基因组DNA作为内源参照基因的检测灵敏度提高约10倍。
