Abstract:

Anti-PRRSV effect of chlorogenic acid  extracted from Chinese herbal medicine was investigated in Marc-145 cell by observing

cytopathic effect(CPE).The antiviral mechanism of herbs was determined by changing the different ways of drug administration

(before or after  virus inoculation).Results showed that chlorogenic acid had strong antiviral effect in vitro and could

inhibit the development of PRRSV.

通过观察金银花的主要成分绿原酸对Marc-145细胞病变效应（CPE）来评价绿原酸不同加药方式（先加药后接种病毒,先接种病毒后加药）体外

对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）的作用效果。结果表明,在安全浓度范围内,绿原酸对PRRSV具有显著的体外抑制作用和阻断作用,其对

PRRSV的最小抑制浓度为0.391 μg/mL,最小阻断浓度为0.0977 μg/mL。
