Abstract:

The objective to develop modem agriculture, put forward in 2007, is taken as the primary task for New Socialist Rural Area Construction. Modem agriculture means a new development phase following the phases of original and traditional agriculture. This article firstly expounds the conception of modem agriculture, the background of its putting forward and the mode for its development; then analyzes the developing basis of modem agriculture from the perspective of agriculture, rural area, and peasant respectively; points out the five difficulties existed during the development of modern agriculture, and furtherly proposes corresponding suggestions from four aspects.

摘要：

2007年，我国提出了发展现代农业的目标，并将其作为社会主义新农村建设的首要任务。作为继原始农业、传统农业之后又一个农业发展新阶段，本文阐述了现代农业概念的界定、提出的背景和发展的模式，从农业、农村和农民三个角度对我国现代农业发展基础进行了分析，指出了我国目前发展现代农业面临的五个难点，从四个方面提出了相应应的对策措施。
