Abstract:

Unprecedented opportunity and severe challenge are facing the biotechnology circle of our country. During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, we shalltry hard to implement the ten deeds of science and technology in biological economy including probing the mystery of life, bio-medical, bio-agriculture, bio-manufacture,bio-environmental protection, bio-resource, bio-safety, biotechnology and international cooperation in bio-science and technology, in order to realize a major stride in the domain of bio-technology, and to culture and develop biological economy.

我国的生物技术迎来了前所未有的机遇，同时也面临着严峻的挑战，在“十一五”期间，必须准确把握生物经济科技行动的指导方针和目标，通过努力实施生命奥秘探索、生物医药、生物农业、生物制造、生物能源、生物环保、生物资源、生物安全、生物技术和生物科技国际合作等生物经济十大科技行动，实现生物技术领域的重点跨越，培育和和发展生物经济。
