Abstract:

In this paper, the scale and structure of financial investment to agriculture were analyzed, and some countermeasures are given to promote agricultureeconomic development： continue to enlarge the investment on agricultural infrastructure, education and technology extension, quality standardization aand information services system construction to improve the production conditions and agricultural comprehensive ability; Adjust agriculture production structure aggressively, support the agriculture modernization development; Implement assistant plan to support the agriculture on poverty area or the area be hit by a natural calamity. ; Combine national developing strategy and implement environmental friendly agriculture to improve agricultural producing conditions.

摘要：

通过我国政府财政对农业投资规模与结构的实证分析，提出了进一步加强财政对农业投资，加速农业和农村发展的政策建议：继续加大对农业基础设施建设、农业科研教育与技术推广、质量标准与市场信息等服务体系建设的支持力度，改善生产条件，提高农业综合生产力；采取积极措施调整农业生产结构，支持农业现代化发展；实施区域援助计计划，对受灾或贫困地区农业进行大力扶持；结合国家开发战略，实施环保农业，改善农业生态环境。
