The special meaning of the biomass industrials in the global energy crisis nowadays and the tendency for developing the biobased products, biofuels and bioenergy in developed countries are introduced in this paper. The specific suggestions for developing the biomass industrials in China which includes to build a "green oil field" producing 50 million tons of oil and to open up a "third field" of agriculture are raised in this paper.

The characteristics and utilization status of agricultural residues were analyzed in the paper. The analysis shows that agrieulfural residues had huge potential as biomass energy. However, there were some limited factors and technical bottlenecks as resource utilization at present. In combination withsocioeconomic developmental objectives, the developing strategies and emphases for the resources of agricultural residues were presented in the paper.  According to cycling economy and "three loops" circle thoughts, to develop of biomass industrvy, which used agricultural residues as biomass energy annd other bio-based products, will play important roles in settling the problem of farm s and accelerating the agricultural industrialization and socialistic new-country development.

Sweet sorghum is a variant of grain sorghum. It not only has the name of macroergic crops, but also has the name of camel in the field crops because of its stronger capactity in drought resistance, water logging tolerance, saline-alkali tolerance and obigotrophics tolerance. As a good forage crop, sugar crop and renewable energy source field crop, sweet sorghum has high yield ,high content of sugar and high inversion rate of alcohol. Sweet sorghum would have an important role for the food and energy safety in China in condition of reasonably exploition and utilization.

Biomass created china traditional agriculture, which interested international scholars for over a hundred years. Neglecting biomass economy resulted historical mishap and current crisis. Biomass economy could solve the problems of energy, environment, farmer, agriculture and countryside. In this paper, the following countermeasures are suggested to develop biomass economy, enhance realization, establish biomass industry development mechanism, make development plan, import advanced technology, increase investment input, perfect policy mechanisms, establish biomass industry group, pay more attention to scientific and technical inventation.

The super high yield breeding is one of important fields of agricultural development and it is also a challenge for breeders. To realize super high yield of sorghum, firstly, made breeding targets clearly, then collect exploit resources from yield compoments and plant type; besides, consider the physiological character, the heterosis and biological technology.

This paper presents a new method for analyzing time and space variation of wheat production in JiangSu province with three basic models, which is based on normal analysis for comprehensive comparative advantages (CCA) of wheat and satisfies control and management requirement of wheat production in this province. The results indicate that the normal CCA is influenced strongly by several natural and non-natural factors and can be used for scientificmanagement of wheat production. Thus, reasonable distribution adjustment, land infrastructures construction and scientific management of wheat production are major factors to increase wheat production level in this province.

The late development stage of chicken embryos ( the last week of hatching) and early development stage of chicken growth ( the first week after hatching) are the key phases for broiler basic metabolism development, body temperature adjustment and adaptability perfection to environment. Thermal mannipulations during broiler embryogenesis and the post-hatch period can improve thermotolerance acquisition, alleviate the heat stress response, reduce production loss and death in broiler challenged by heat stress.

The experiments were conducted with different domestic animals (pigs, broilers and laying hens) fed the diets supplemented with different levels of agricultural-use nitric acid lanthanide. The objective of the study was to find whether lanthanide elements had any effect on productive performance and product quality of the animals. The results showed that the rare earth elements as feed additive improved growth and egg production, reduced feed consumption, and increased feed efficiency in those domestic animals. Optimal supplemental level of the rare earth elements for different animal species was also found. It was demonstrated that the use of the lower level of lanthanide as feed additives to the diet of the domestic animals has no side effects on livability of young animals as well as quality of eggs products. Since the use of antibiotics as growth promoters in animal feed has been restricted in many countries, the study indicates the possibility of using rare earth elements as safe and inexpensive alternative performance enhancers for pigs, broilers and laying hens.

At present, the disease resistance of grapevine was studied by means of field identification and artificial inoculation, the virus disease was detected by immunological, molecular biology and tra- ditional biology. There were two degrees of standards to identify resistances of grapevine, which were in fection type and severity. It showed disease resistance had high correlations with grape varieties, nitrogen metabolism, the change of enzymes activity and the content of chlorophyll. However, the relationship of the disease resistance of grape with material metabolism and leaf canopy structure was uncertain. As a result, the disease could controlled through choosing resistant varieties, reinforcing disease -forecasting and using fungicide timely.

While the intensive agriculture enhanced the output of agricultural products, it has also caused serious environment pollution in China. Because small-scale household agriculture pattern cant realize the green production, the agricultural pollution has restricted the sustainable development of agriculture. It can control the agriculture pollution effectively encouraging farmers engage in the green production.

The Sino-US wheat future price and the return of price was compared , using the GARCH ( 1,1 ) model, and also the characteristic of the volatility were studied, and the results showed that the Chinese wheat futures market isn 't reach the week efficient. For example, Zhengzhou wheat futures market,, which was one of the largest wheat futures market, still needs further development to accelerate food system reform in China. It is also indicate through comparison that US wheat futures market was more efficient and had strong volatility persistence. It is basic measures of develop futures market in  China, to steup foundation of futures market and strengthen the investor service and education.
