Abstract:

With the rapid economic and social development in China, gaps between rural and urban are growing. To accelerate the informationization construction in rural areas is playing a great role in promoting rural economic and social development. It will surely contribute to fundamentally solve the “Three Rural Issues”. The rural areas informationization is an important content for building new socialist countryside. This paper analyzes the infomationization status in Chinas rural areas; summarizes the issues and difficulties facing the infomationization construction in rural areas. It puts forward countermeasures for further strengthening infomationization construction in rural areas.

摘要：

随着我国经济社会发展水平的日益提高，农村与城市差距越来越大，而加快推进农村信息化建设对于推动农村经济社会发展具有巨大的促进作用，有助于从根本上解决“三农”问题。农村信息化是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。对我国农村信息化的现状做了总体分析，阐释了农村信息化面临的问题和困难，提出了加快推进农村信息化建设的措施。
