Development Status of Fermented Soybean Meal Processing Equipments in China

我国发酵豆粕加工装备发展现状

Abstract:

Recently the fermented soybean meal industry develops rapidly in China. But the corresponding processing equipment is backward because of lacking funds and technical inputs. This paper introduces the major equipments for the fermented soybean meal production in China, including hybrid process, fermentation process, drying process, etc. This paper also analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of these processing equipments, and introduces new technology and equipments, which adapt to present production of fermented soybean meal and their development prospects. This paper summarizes the development status of the fermented soybean meal processing equipments in China in order to provide reference for future in-depth studies on their industrialized production.

摘要:

目前我国发酵豆粕产业发展迅速,但由于缺乏资金和技术投入,相应的加工装备相对落后。详细介绍了我国发酵豆粕生产过程中的主要装备,涉及混合、发酵、干燥等工艺段,与国内外对比分析了加工装备的技术特点及其存在的问题,并简介了适于发酵豆粕生产的新型技术装备及其发展前景。通过总结我国发酵豆粕加工装备的发展状况,以期为其工业化生产的深入研究提供参考。
