Abstract:
This paper summarizes the survey of frontier technology and industrialization development of edible oil bio-manufacturing. On the basis of analyzing the development background, international development status and trends, development status in China and main existing problems, the paper put forward the keystone for future development of national edible oil bio-manufacturing.

主要综述了我国食用油生物制造前沿技术及产业化发展概况。在分析食用油生物制造前沿技术发展背景、国际发展现状和趋势、我国发展现状以及存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了今后我国食用油生物制造技术发展的重点。
