生物农药与生物防治发展战略浅谈

摘要:

目前我国化学农药施用量超标和农药残留污染严重,成为保障食品安全,提高人们生活质量的重要影响因素之一。从我国生物农药产业发展和产品研发的现状出发,分析了我国生物农药产业发展与国际同行业间的差距等问题,强调了生物农药与生物防治技术的应用在粮食安全生产中的重要作用,指出了生物防治产业发展中的瓶颈问题,提出了促进生物农药与生物防治产业发展战略措施与建议。

Abstract:

At present, the exceeding application of chemical pesticide and its serious residue pollution in China has become one of the important obstacles for safeguarding food security and improving peoples living standards. This paper analyzed the differences existing between Chinas bio-pesticide industry and international craft brother industry, emphasized  the key role of bio-pesticide and biological control application in grain food safe production. It also pointed out the bottleneck problems in developing biological control industry, and put forward strategic measures and suggestions for stimulating the development of bio-pesticide and biological control industry.
