摘要:

科技管理创新是实施技术创新的重要保证。河北省“粮食丰产科技工程”课题在组织实施与管理过程中,在注重小麦、玉米高产高效技术集成与创新的同时,强化组织管理机制的创新。其中实行“试区-专家”双向选择就是课题管理机制的一项创新尝试,对进一步激发和调动示范县和科技人员的积极性,全面提升课题完成质量取得了较好的实施效果。

Abstract:

The management innovation is important for project finishing and its quality. The bidirectional selection between test-regions and experts, a type of management innovation, was carried out in science and technology project for food production in Hebei Province, as well as integration and innovation of technology. This type of management innovation has represented good effects on improving enthusiasm of experts and test-regions.
