摘要:

发掘利用抗旱节水基因资源,提高作物的抗旱性和水分利用效率,发展生物节水农业,对于缓解水资源危机,保障国家的粮食安全、生态安全和社会可持续发展具有重要意义。本文综述了作物抗旱节水的基础理论、鉴定评价技术、基因资源发掘与品种选育等方面的研究现状和问题,并探讨了作物抗旱节水研究的发展趋势。

Abstract:

it is vital to develop water saving agriculture for reducing crisis of water resources, ensuring food supplies, entironmental securily and sustainable development of sociely. The present paper reviewed the status and problems on basic theory researches, techniques and criteria of identification and evaluation, gene resources dicovery, genetic improvement for crop plant drought resistance and high water use efficiency in crop plants. Development trends in these areas were further discussed.
