摘要:

多表位疫苗是基于抗原表位氨基酸序列而制备的一种新型分子疫苗。由于具有安全性好、保护力强和应答类型可以有效调控等优点,多表位疫苗具有较高的研究和应用价值。多表位疫苗因其独特的免疫优势已成为近年来基因工程疫苗研究领域的热点之一。本文概述了表位的预测筛选、多表位疫苗的设计与优化及其在动物医学领域的应用等方面的进展。

Abstract:

Multiepitope vaccine is a new kind of molecular vaccine based on the aminophenol sequence of antigenic epitopes. It has higher value in research and application for its safe security, strong protective ability and effectual regulative reaction in immune response types. Multiepitope vaccine has recently become one of the hotspots in the field of gene engineering vaccine, due to its unusual immune advantages. This paper summarizes the research progress in multiepitope vaccine on prediction and selection of epitopes, its designing, optimization and application in veterinary medicine.
