摘要:

核桃属植物种质资源丰富,品种繁多,具有重要的生物学意义和经济价值。现代生物技术的不断发展为核桃属植物的种质鉴定、保存和育种提供了新的技术手段。从DNA分子水平系统综述了核桃属植物遗传多样性的研究概况,总结了核桃属植物体细胞胚发生、遗传转化体系的建立及转基因研究进展,分析了核桃属植物分子水平遗传多样性与转基因研究过程中存在的主要问题,并对其应用和发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:

The germplasm resources are rich and the varieties are wide in Juglans, which are of important biological significance and economic value. The development of modem bioteehnology has launched a new era in Juglans germplasm identification, preservation and breeding. Genetic diversity of Juglans are summarized from the level of DNA molecular, the somatic embryogenesis, the establishment of genetic transformation and transgenic research in Juglans. Major
existing problems and the prospects for application and development of the molecular level of genetic diversity and genetic engineering in Juglans are discussed.
